Reiki is an excellent therapy which complements a person's overall wellness program. During a reiki session the client remains fully clothed and lies on a massage table. The reiki session lasts 50 minutes.
Reiki Body/Mind Integration work is a method utilizing reiki, guided imagery, and elements of process work in order to explore physical, spiritual and emotional issues more intentionally. These sessions generally last 90 minutes.
